The Loft at the Mercantile is a premier event space located in the heart of downtown
Pensacola at the corner of South Palafox Place and Intendencia Street. Designed and created to be a functional and innovative space for real people who want a beautiful and detailed stress free event or celebration.
The Loft at the Mercantile is ideal for, but not limited to, intimate celebrations, wedding
ceremonies, wedding receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, workshops, luncheons,
dinner parties, engagement parties, anniversary celebrations, corporate meetings and
seminars along with weekend trip getaways and extended stay vacations.
Booking Rates
Sunday - Thursday
Hourly Rate: $175/Hour
4 hour minimum: Set up and breakdown must be included within 4 hour minimum. Anytime between 9 am-11 pm.
Full Day Rate: $1500
9 Hours. Set up and breakdown must be included within the 9 hours.
Friday & Saturday
Hourly Rate: $175/Hour
4 hour minimum: Set up and breakdown must be included within 4 hour minimum. Anytime between 9 am-11 pm.
